First off, a warning. This is menage (m/m/m) but it is also twincest. I don’t mind reading about this kind of brotherly love but I realise some people are opposed.

So what did I think?

The story was ok but I didn’t find it really special as it followed a slightly predictable formula. However, it wasn’t a bad way to spend a little bit of time. The story ends pretty abruptly and provides the first chapter of the next book “Setting the Trap” as a preview. I liked this short story enough to read the next one to find out the conclusion to Jesse, Jay and Drake’s story.

It all hinges on Jay’s ability accept someone else in Jesse’s heart, something he doesn’t seem to handle very well.
Until a work related injury leads Drake to issue an ultimatum that forces Jesse to choose a side. Then, it’s an all-out struggle for power that could make or break this fragile relationship.
So what did I think?
This sequel continues the story of Jay and Jesse, twins who start a relationship with Drake.
Jay, Jesse and Drake are working out the ground rules of their relationship but tip-toeing around each other, each afraid of either being hurt or protective of the other.
At times I found the characters actions a bit confusing and struggled to understand the true nature of their concerns about the relationship. Drake was worried that Jay and Jesse would eventually shut him out, Jay was extraordinarily jealous of Jesse and Drake, and Jesse was protective of Jay. I found it easier not to try to work it out too much!
The story isn’t bad but I felt the relationship seemed unbalanced so the ending felt unsatisfactory, not adequately resolving things.
